Your Body Is Trying To Tell You Something

It starts with an assessment. One hour where your teacher reviews your history before you arrive, watches how you move, finds the imbalances, and gives you honest feedback about what your body actually needs. The kind of attention most people never get.

The Journey

What It Looks Like to Work With Us

Step 1: Your Orientation

AN ASSESSMENT, AN INTRODUCTION, AND YOUR FIRST SESSION.

Before you even walk through the door, your teacher has already reviewed your intake form. They know your history, your pain points, your goals.

When you arrive, you go through a series of tests based on the Postural Restoration Institute method. These assessments reveal things about your body you probably never knew.

But this is not just a testing session. You also get to see our studio, try different equipment, and experience what our approach actually feels like in your body. You learn where your imbalances are, why they exist, and what it takes to fix them.

You leave with real answers. Not guessing. Not generic advice. The kind of clarity most people never get, even from their doctors. And it costs $99.

Step 2: The 4-Week Transformation

8 Sessions. Twice a Week.

After your assessment, the next step is the 4-Week Transformation. This is not just something we offer. It is how we believe real change starts.

Twice a week, same days, same teacher. This is where the habit forms and the results compound. Private or Semi-Private training, based on what your assessment reveals.

Step 3: Ongoing Practice

A Relationship That Lasts

Changing your posture is not a quick fix. It takes 6 to 9 months to fully break old patterns and build new ones. That is what our ongoing work together is for.

As your body changes, your goals grow with it. What starts as getting out of pain turns into preparing for golf season, a marathon, or another baby. Now that the new posture is built it is time to start the new life.

Our clients stay for years not because they have to, but because there is always something bigger to work toward.

Why We Are Different

Pilates Is the Tool. You Are the Focus.

We Start By Understanding You

Most studios put you in a class and hope it works. We start with an assessment. We look at how you move, where you compensate, what your body is telling us. Then we build your program around that.

Consistency Over Intensity

Real progress comes from small steps taken consistently. Not crushing yourself once a week. Twice a week, every week. That is how your body learns new patterns. That is how change sticks.

We Ask You to Commit

This is not drop-in fitness. We ask you to show up. Twice a week for four weeks. Book us first, then your other appointments. Accountability is part of the process. That is how we get results.

Relationships That Last

Our clients stay for years. Same teacher. Standing appointments. We are not interested in selling you a package and moving on. We are interested in helping you feel better for the long haul.

Who It Is For

Maybe You See Yourself Here

You Have Been Dealing With Pain Too Long

Back pain. Neck pain. That shoulder thing that never fully goes away. You have tried other things. Some helped for a while. We look at why it keeps coming back and build a program that gets to the root.

Your Body Changed and Never Came Back

After pregnancy, after surgery, after an injury or just natural aging. Something shifted and it does not feel like yours anymore. We help you reconnect with your body and rebuild from the inside out.

You Are Performing at a High Level and Want to Stay There

Athletes. Executives. Women who have worked hard to get where they are. Pilates is not about getting a workout. It is about maintaining the body that lets you do everything else. Stay mobile. Stay strong. Stay ahead.

You Are Ready to Invest in Yourself

Maybe nothing is broken. You just know your body deserves more attention. More care. A smarter approach. You are ready to prioritize yourself and do it right.

About Eva

A Note From Eva

I grew up in Ukraine and spent years working across Europe before I moved to Miami in 2015. My whole career has been in sports and wellness. Pole vaulting competitions, golf resorts, medical spas. When I found Multi-apparatus Pilates, I knew this was what I wanted to build my life around.

I opened Pilates Tropics because I wanted to help people through movement. Not just give them a workout. Actually help. We work with PRI practitioners and follow their methodology. We look at posture, balance, breathing, alignment. We figure out what is going on and we address it.

I believe real progress comes from small steps taken consistently. Be kind to yourself. Celebrate the small wins. Your body is a long-term investment, and I take that seriously.

I run two studios now. Hallandale and Delray Beach. My team leads the group classes. I focus on methodology, management, cooperation with physical therapists, education and our vip clients

If you are reading this and wondering if this is right for you, book an Orientation assessment. Come see for yourself. I am certain you will feel the difference.

Anyone who wants their body to work better - and is willing to show up consistently to make it happen.

• No Pilates experience needed - the Orientation meets you exactly where you are

• Beginners, athletes, post-injury, postpartum, chronic pain - all welcome

How often should I train?

• Twice a week to start - this is the minimum to see real change

• Three times a week when you're ready to accelerate

• Consistency beats intensity every time

How soon will I see results?

First few weeks:

• You feel it before you see it
• You stand a little taller

• You move with less effort

• You breathe deeper without thinking about it

First few months:

• Now it shows

• Clothes fit differently

• Energy is more consistent

• The nagging discomfort that was just "part of life" starts to quiet down

Long term:

• Clients pick up sports they gave up years ago

• They run further, lift heavier, recover faster

• They stop modifying their life around their body's limitations - because the limitations are gone

• Small consistent steps lead to results that would have seemed out of reach a year earlier

What makes this different?

• We start with an assessment - no guessing, no hoping it works

• Your gym, your padel, your tennis, your golf, your running - keep all of it. Pilates is the foundation that makes

everything else work better

• Small groups, intentionally. Your teacher knows your name, your pattern, and your homework

• Accountability is at the core of everything we do - your teacher tracks your progress, celebrates your wins, and

makes sure you never lose sight of your goals
